Villa Amanecer rests on the beautiful Sea of Cortez in the gated 
community of Bahia de los Suenos (Bay of Dreams), less than one hour
southeast of La Paz, the capital of Baja Sur. The property is two hours  north of Cabo San Lucas along the beautiful East Cape.  Arrangements easily made for OUR manager to meet you at the airport and drive you to the property -- as he gives you a complete update of the wonders of the Bay of Dreams.  (Sergio is a native - very fluent in English) 
Our Villa awakes to spectacular sunrises. The four bedrooms feature
kingsized beds, baths, a wall that opens wide to the Bay and the
rich marine life of the Sea of Cortez. WHALES give a spectacular show.
Each bedroom enjoys a private patio with a sunrise view of the Sea
of Cortez and the mountains that encompass the Bay.
There are custom built closets, desks and night stands, central air
conditioning throughout, and ceiling fans.

Marble floors are throughout the Villa, granite countertops, a
stainless steel kitchen and a Great Room with a magnificient brick
dome ceiling and ten foot, tuck-away doors that help to create the
seamless outdoor feeling that is the signature of the 3,700 square
foot Villa.
Outside, beautiful views, flowers, palm trees, pergolas and a
palapa, with stainless bar-b-que grill that overlooks the pool and
Bay --  await you, your family,friends and the 'catch of the day'.
There is a garden patio - with firepit - and a multitude of
flowers at in a protected 'walled' area off the great room.

Newly opened -- Tom Doak Designed 18 hole golf course -- beautiful views!  Lots of challenge; electric golf carts with GPS - 5 minutes from Villa. The course takes advantage of the desert terrain by incorporating rocky ridges, Cardon cacti and wind-worn boulders.  The course never plays the same way twice.

has a granite Bar with Mexican barstools and at the pool -

Sergio, the Villa property manger, and his crew, assist with local
knowledge,information, questions, and arrangements.
There ae two Restaurants at the Bay of Dreams: El Cardon at
the Beach or nearby Centro de Trenes within the gated community.
Both restaurants have great food and freindly, welcoming staff.
They make you feel 'special' and 'at home'.

Our private fishing boat with sun protection is available with the Villa (fee and prior arrangement) with our private, experienced local Captain/Guide

for snorkel - no fee). Scuba available - prior arrangement. Boat is a covered - protect from the sun -- Boston Whaler 24 ft. Outrage - 2 new Yamaha 200 HP motors -- Smooth ride!!!
There is horseback riding at the Bay of Dreams, small boat rental, kayaks,
windsurfing (30 min.), boogie boards, and jet-ski rental. The Bay of
Dreams white sand swimming beach (2 miles of white sand!) is 5 minutes from the Villa.  Fishing boat waits at the dock -- 5 minutes away -- and everything is done for you -- but catching the fish -- which are plentiful!!!

ATV - 4 wheel drive and Rhino 4 wheel drive car available for your use with arragnement  No rental car needed -- Expedition available --

High Season: October - May

Weekly Rate $4,500 - $7,000  Transportation from airport available with English speaking driver and a stop at the grocery - for your convenience.

Low Season June - September

Weekly Rate: $4,200 

Short Term (min 3 night) Rentals Available:

Daily -- Maid Service - available $40 a day.

 All reservations require a $500 refundable security deposit at booking.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior
to initial rent date.
