about 20 miles outside Gig Harbor, WA, on the Key Peninsula.
Driving time = 1 hr 10 minutes from Seattle.

Bedrooms with 2 Baths on 3 acres with tidelands.

Sleeps up to 9 people, Max 6 adults plus children.

This Cape Cod-style home is located in the quiet community of
Lakebay, just one cove north of beautiful Penrose State Park. This
warm and cozy beach house has all the creature comforts including
three comfortable bedrooms and an office/den. The master bedroom
features a queen size bed with down/feather bed,, sitting area, gas fireplace, and private
balcony. The gourmet kitchen is fully provisioned so you don't
need to bring dishes,spices,condiments,basic foods for baking or cooking utensils. The spacious
living room
and dining room are great for entertaining. The large deck and
patio has a gas barbeque, nice patio furniture and two Adirondack
chairs. Surround yourself with music with the indoor/ outdoor
stereo. The sandy beach is only a few steps away down an easy
graded walkway. During Spring, enjoy the many tulips in the
gardens near the water.

Children and young adults will love playing and swimming in the warm
sheltered waters in front of the home. You can launch your boat at a
public ramp located close by, so bring your ski boat and jet skis. 3
sea kayaks with life jackets provided for use on the quiet waters in Von Geldern
Cove.

• High-Season weekly rates are $1,850 for seven nights (May 30-
September 15th). 3 night minimum at $285 per night
• Off-Season requires 2 night minimum at $250 per night, $1,700 for
a seven night rental.
• Requires: 50% Deposit to hold reservation. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival
• Requires: $350 refundable damage deposit + $125 cleaning fee
• Cannot be sub-let
• No Smoking

If you must cancel withing 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. No
refunds withing 14
days prior to arrival.
