Vacation Rental Description

"Las Tejas" is a newly finished colonial hacienda-style home with 75 
meters of beachfront on one and a half beautifully landscaped acres, 
located on Manzanillo Bay in Troncones, just 25 minutes away from 
Ixtapa, 30 minutes away from Zihuatanejo and 40 minutes away from 
the airport. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with bathrooms en 
suite. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds. The other two have 
twin beds. The master bedroom has air conditioning. All have ceiling 
fans, plenty of closet space, and small storage safes. All the bedrooms 
open up to a wrap around terrace with ocean views.
  
The living room and dining room are both open with beautiful views 
of the ocean. There is also a large enclosed television room/office 
with air conditioning, and its own full bathroom.  The modern 
kitchen has a Mexican hacienda feeling,ocean views, and leads to an 
open breakfast patio. There is a traditional Mexican grill for 
barbecuing and baking tortillas.

The large palapa leisure area with a wet bar overlooks a 15 meter 
infinity pool and all of Manzanillo Bay. There is a telephone, 
satellite Televison and a VCR. Wireless internet connection is also 
available.

A caretaker and housekeeper live on the premises.

This magnificent home with uncomparable views of the Sierra Madre 
mountains and the Pacific ocean combines traditional Mexican 
handcrafted details, old world charm and all the modern conveniences.

Activities and Attractions

If you need more action than watching the pelicans dive into the 
waves from your hammock in the shade of the palapa or sipping a 
margarita by the side of the swimming pool, there are plenty of 
activities to keep you busy in Troncones.  The surfing is world 
class with a great break right at the point of our beach. The sport 
fishing is also world class especially for marlin and sailfish. 
There are two Robert Trent Jones designed golf courses 25 minutes 
away.  Swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, horseback riding, 
yoga, bird watching, hiking, cave exploration, and mountain biking 
are all available in Troncones. Small "panga" boats can be hired in 
the neighboring village of Majahua for local fishing or exploring 
the coast.

Vacation Rental Rates

May through October: $5,000 per week for 4 guests, $250 per 
additional guest up to a maximum of 8 guests;

November through April: $7,500 per week for 8 guests maximum

Christmas and New Years: $10,500 per week for 8 guests maximum 

Easter: $8,500 per week for 8 guests maximum

$500 security deposit required

Booking: Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total 
cost.  Full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation: If a cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to 
arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.  If a cancellation is 
made less than six weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-
refundable.
