Mississippi River house in Pepin

This one bedroom house is located on the beautiful Mississippi
River about 30 minutes from Lake Pepin. The area has been called
the most scenic drive in the United States. It is right across the
street from the public boat landing, and there is room in the yard
to keep a boat. There is 2 single beds, a queen, an inflatable single
and a double futon

The house has 3 television sets all hooked up to cable t.v. There
is a washer and dryer in the basement. Also there is central
heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with
pots and pans, spices, dishes, towels, etc. On the back of the
house is a large deck with a table and chairs, and a gas grill, that
offers a nice view of the river, and the front has a enclosed porch.

This area is home to Buena Vista Park which offers a view as far as
the eyes can see. The area has miles of scenic backroads that are
breathtaking. The fishing is great as well as the hunting. This
house is located in Alma, Wisc. and has shopping and dining.

Rates are $450.00 per week and $150.00 per weekend. There is a
$200.00 refundable security deposit and a $100.00 non-refundable
cleaning deposit
