furnishings in our photos.  We've never had anything but rave 
reviews from our tenants.

Brand new (Oct. 03) luxury oceanfront condo in 24 hr. guarded and 
gated community.  Only 20 min. from St. Augustine, 30 min. from 
Daytona, 1 1/2 hours from Orlando and Disney area, 1 hr. from 
Kennedy Space Center, 1 hr. from Jacksonville.  Just one mile down 
the beach from Marineland.   Unobstructed, beautiful view of the 
ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master 
bedroom.  Stand at your kitchen sink and watch the sun rise over the 
ocean!  Designer furnishings throughout.

3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Master bedroom has extraordinary bamboo 
canopy king size bed, large window with ocean view, television with 
cable and DVD player, and 2 closets (one is large walk-in).  Master 
bath has tub, separate shower, and his and her sinks.

Private gated patio with table and chairs for dining.  Beautiful 
pool area, complete with hot tub, waterfall, and palm trees is 
approx. 50 yards from condo's patio.  

Living room has large television with cable and DVD player, and 
sound system with CD player.  2nd bedroom has queen size bed.  3rd 
bedroom has queen size bed.

Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, 
blender, coffee grinder, cappuccino/espresso maker, food processor 
and mixer. 

Full size washer and dryer.

vacation!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy 3 pools (2 are oceanfront), 3 clubhouses, 6 tennis 
courts, 2 of which are lighted (racquets in condo for your use), 4 
shuffleboard courts, volleyball court, and fitness room with workout 
machines.

The complex includes 150 acres of nature preserve on the 
intracoastal with a walking/biking trail, clubhouse, and dock with 
day slips.  Bring your kayaks, or rent them locally, and spend some 
time exploring Florida's intracoastal waterway.

Coquina rock formations add the beauty of the ocean shoreline. 
Because of the rock formations, however, swimming directly behind 
the condo is not advised. Ocean swimming is accessible approximately 
1 mile down the beach.

Activities and Attractions

Beach lounging and walking.
Tennis.
Surf fishing and intracoastal fishing.  Local charters available.
Numerous nearby golf courses, including World golf resort only 45 
minutes away.
Marineland (a one mile walk up the beach), where you can swim with 
the dolphins and observe other marine life.
Nature paths and state parks within walking distance.
Running and biking paths all along AlA as well as in nearby state 
park.
Historic St. Augustine just 20 miles away.
