Crown Point.  Crown Point is a small, enclosed, private community 
that provides a safe place for children to bike and play, with no 
roads to cross to the beach.  This house backs to open area with a 
beautiful ocean view.  The spacious, uncrowded beaches of Corolla 
are steps away.  
Relax in the hot tub located on the deck, read a book on the 
captain's watch or enjoy the ocean views from the deck.  This house 
is close to community amenities such as pool and tennis.  Tim Buk 
II, home to restaurants, shopping and mini golf is 1/2 mile away. 
Movie theater, lighthouse, historic area and golf are within 4 
miles. 
Your well behaved dog is allowed for a small fee. The owners have 
taken great care to upgrade bathrooms, new appliances, bedding and 
carpet. 
Wireless high speed internet access and  keyless entry with 
passcode, no need to get keys!! 

This home books for the entire rental season, get your

Vacation Rental Rates

House rents Sunday to Sunday.  Prices are for 7 days.  
Now taking bookings for 2008.

4/27-5/3/08        $ 650.00/wk. 
05/18/08-6/1/08    $ 850.00/wk. 
06/29/08-7/6/08    $ 2,250.00/wk.
7/13-7/20/2008     $ 2,250.00/wk.
9/7/08-09/14/08    $ 900.00/wk. 
09/28/08 12/31/08 $ 650.00/wk. 

Additional charges: $100 for linens/cleaning (no need to bring 
sheets and towels!! this charge is a one time fee, regardless of how 
many consecutive weeks you stay), optional travel insurance, 
optional pet fee ($100, only if you bring a dog), and local taxes. 

Some people may think its crazy to include additional charges up 
front, but when comparing homes it is important to know all 
applicable charges, which are out of my control. We keep our rates 
low, because we have a family too and know how expensive vacation 
can be. We want you to get value for your dollar. But, in order to 
keep this house, we must also rent it at a reasonable price. Our 
home always books the entire season and our guests rave about how 
nice the house is and amenities that are available.

This house is available for seasonal or multiple week bookings, 
discounts apply for 3 or more weeks booked in a season.
