The Beach Retreat is a comfortably modern, bright and sunny
single level home located a block away from the cloistered 12th
Avenue Beach on a quiet street. It has everything one would need for
a relaxing vacation at the Beach.
The Beach Retreat accommodates a maximum of six people.
The Yacht Harbor with its popular restaurants and cafes are within
a very short walk along the sand.

One bedroom contains a king bed, the other a queen size bed. The en-suite bathrooms
each comprise of a shower, toilet and sink. Quality linens, pillows,
down comforters, and bathroom towels are provided.
The inviting living room, which includes a full size futon,
surrounds a unique gas fireplace. Each room has a TV and VCR.
A fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, laundry and private
deck with gas barbeque, are all set up for your enjoyment.
There is a sunny upstairs deck for lounging.
San Jose/Silicon Valley Airport is 26 miles away.

Our lovely family-oriented beach is at the end of our quiet dead-
end street - about 12 houses away. It is easy to get to and ideal
for swimming, surfing, sitting or walking.
A short walk along the sand brings you to the Yacht Harbor with
its cafes, restaurants, shops, kayak rentals, and boating activities.
During the summer our weekend Farmer's Market (two blocks away)
is a great attraction and is enjoyed by all.
Santa Cruz County has many miles of walking and bicycling
trails. Rent a Bicyle at the top of our street. Golf is available
within a 5 mile radius at 4 golf courses.

October-May - $1500 per week, or $250 per night,
2 night minimum - off-season only.
3 night minimum - during Holiday weekends and off-season.
June-September - $1650 per week.
Weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit of 50% of rental, plus refundable deposit of $500 is due
within 7 days of reservation. Cancellation - 60 days.
