the heart of this cultural and shopping center of downtown Sarasota.
The cottage has been recently renovated and decorated in a casual chic
style that that reflects the funky, eclectic Burns Court. Many of
the furnishings/art work/objects were purchased from the antique
shops that abound in the neighborhood. The master bedroom features a
queen bed with wicker headboard and accents. Curl up with a book on
the rattan daybed in the guest room or pull out the trundle to sleep
two more. Cable TV, radio/CD player and brand new kitchen appliances
bring all the comforts of home. Washer and dryer available on
property. A deep and shady front porch overlooks the new, million
dollar Burns Court Villas and the back porch, with its Southern
exposure, is sunny the day long. Pick a fresh grapefruit for
breakfast!

Burns Court is the most sought location in all of downtown Sarasota.
Walk to the best restaurants and art galleries, Opera house and
theaters (literally steps to art film theater Burns Court). Take in
a Florida sunset at Bayfront park and marina. Poke around the
antique shops. Discover restaurants and cafes hidden amid the Banyon
Trees and Cuban Laurels. Run out of butter? There's a Quick Stop
conveniently located a block away. Or take a short walk to the Whole
Foods Market. Better yet, hit the Farmer's Market on Saturday
morning! It's all within walking distance.

Selby Gardens, housing one of the world's premier orchid collections,
is a mere block from Burns Court Cottage. World class shopping at St.
Armand's Circle, Lido and Siesta Beaches, The Ringling Museum, Ed
