Daily rates are $200/night - $1400/wk (3 night minimum)

A $300 security deposit is required and is refunded within 7 days of
your departure. A $150 cleaning fee is also required.

Payments can be made via personal check, cashier's check, money
order, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. A 5% service charge will be
added to all credit card payments.

Check-in is 3:00 P.M. Check-out by 11:00 A.M., except by special
arrangement. Directions and key codes for the front door and pool
areas will be e-mailed to you the week prior to your arrival and not
less than 24 hours before check-in.
