foam pillowtop, and quality bedding. Guest bedroom has Queen luxury
mattress with extra thick pillowtop mattress. Both bedrooms have walk-
in closets. Large walk-in shower in Master bedroom with 2 sinks.
Guest bath has tub & shower. Villa is immaculate and cleaned by owner.
Activities and Attractions
40 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport. 9 miles to I-
75. Gated golf course community with "The Nest" Restaurant. Community
pool with hot tub, fitness center, tennis, shuffboard. 30 minutes to
Sanibel Island, and white sand beaches.
Vacation Rental Rates
January, February, & March-$2500.00 per month
April & May-$2000.00 per month
June, July, August, September -$2000.00 a month
October - $2000.00
November & December-$2000.00 a month
Includes all taxes. $150.00 cleaning fee will be taken out of the security deposit for professionl cleaning when
vacated. Security deposit of $1000.00
