Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous oceanfront villa with large private patio. The only villa at 
Calafia with unobstructed 180 degree views from the inside. Enjoy 
waking up to the sun and surf in the oceanfront master bedroom. Have 
coffee on the patio and then enjoy swimming, surfing, hiking, golf, 
tennis, or shopping. For a more relaxed day, you can read a book on 
the patio or whale watch. Finish off the exceptional day with a 
barbeque and cocktails while watching the sun set and a final hot tub 
before turning in.

This beautifully decorated villa is located on the Calafia point with 
spectacular panoramic ocean views. It comes fully equipped with 
linens, towels, kitchen appliances and cookware. In addition, there 
is a TV with a VCR, DVD, and stereo. The master bedroom has a king 
size bed, private bath and unobstructed oceanviews. The second 
bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views and the third bedroom 
has two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with linens, towels, and 
ceiling fans. For additional sleeping or guests, there is a queen 
sized airbed that can be used in the living room. The kitchen has 
granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and of course, a 
blender for margaritas. Wireless internet is available in the lobby 
of the Calafia Tower, just about a minute walk away. 

The Calafia complex is a gated and guarded community with a private 
pool, hot tub, tennis court, and clubhouse with pool table. Califia's 
sandy beach is just down the steps and is great for swimming, boogie 
boarding, surfing, running, or exploring. It has also been known to 
have families of dolphins swim there! The Calafia hotel and 
restaurant is in walking distance and many other restaurants are just 
a short drive away. Puerto Nuevo, the lobster village, is just a five 
minute drive. Two world class golf courses, BajaMar and Marriott's 
Real Del Mar, are within a 20 minute drive. In addition, Fox studios, 
where the Titanic and Master and Commander were filmed, is just down 
the road along with the town of Rosarito.
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Calafia is a 24 hour gated and guarded community.  This particular 
villa has a huge, 600 sq.ft. private patio at the very point of the  
Calafia resort giving 180 degree unobstructed views.  Outside 
furniture includes table and chairs, gas barbeque, fire pit, and 
lounge chairs.  Indoor amenities include forced air heating, ceiling 
fans, cable TV, VCR, stereo, fully equipped kitchen including 
dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee pot and complete 
set of cooking utensils. Sheets and towels are included in all 
bedrooms. Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, pool table, barbeque pit and 
gas grill are just across the lawn area.  Sandy beach is a flight of 
steps down from the lawn. The Calafia resort is equipped with private 
tennis court, exercise room, and wireless internet access in the 
lobby. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 to 3 cars.   

Activities and Attractions

World class golf is within a 20 minute drive at MajaMar and at 
Marriott's Real Del Mar.  Fox Studio theme park, where The Titanic 
and Master and Commander were filmed,in within walking distance. 
Other activities include shopping, sightseeing, kayaking, sailing, 
boating, waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, swimming, 
snorkeling/diving, surfing, boogie boarding, windsurfing, biking, 
hiking, fishing, fitness center/gym, health/beauty spa, cinemas/movie 
theaters, and horseback riding. The Calafia hotel and restaurant is 
within walking distance and Puerto Nuevo, the lobster village, is a 
short drive.  In addition, there are numerous other restaurants in 
Rosarito.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Low season $225/night September through June 15
High season $275/night June 15 through Labor Day weekend.
One week stay gets one free night!  Pay for 6 nights and stay 7 
nights!
