2- bedrooms,2 bathrooms - single house with your own private pool. Master with own private full bath. Dinning room with a
Dolphin table & chairs. Living room is furnished all in a Florida
style.Kitchen is fully equipped.Every room has 18" Florida Tile -
bedrooms have new burber carpet.
There is a 32'screened in lanai (porch)with a gas grill,table &
chairs. The pool is screened in with River Rock Deck and has an
electric heat pump that keeps the temp at a toasty 85' in the winter
months [all included in the price].Just lay in the pool & float
around checking out all the large Palm trees in the rear yard. If
you would like to see more pictures or comments from others that
have stayed at the house - please let me know . Would be happy to
send them to you. Blow up air mattress w/t pump .

The house has everything you need - but your Bathing suit ! All the
linens & towels are provided. There is a washer & dryer for your
convience. An answer machine is included for all those calls from
friends while your in the pool so they can leave you a message. The
airport [Ft Myers ] is about an 60 minutes away.Tampa & St Pete
about 1 1/2 hrs from this home.The Beaches in Englewood & Boca Grand
are a 30 minute ride.Venice is 45 minutes travel by car. Charlotte
Park is 10 minutes
away.Lots to do there including a play ground for the kids, walking
trail,fishing,swiming and even a Dance hall. I park my Van in the garage - there is a large driveway for you to park on.

Fishing is Big in the Charlotte Harbor or you can go out in the Gulf
of Mexico .Charter Boats & rentals are close by. There are many
piers in the area - at no cost. If you like,you could go to Sharky's
resturant in Venice which has a fishing pier over the Gulf of
Mexico. You can eat there - then go fishing while the women go the
quaint shops in Venice.Charlotte County Sports Complex is less then
a 10 minture ride- its on rt 776. Fisherman's Village is right over
the bridge in
Punta Gorda has great places to eat & shop. Here you can enjoy free
entertainment many evenings or reserve a trip aboard the many sight-
seeing boats. There are 43 Public Golf courses in the area.
Riverwood is a 4 1/2 Star Course - 10 minutes from the house.

Jan to April 30th = $800 a week - 28 days = $2800 + 10% tax - total is $3080
May to Oct 31st = $500 a week - 28 days = $1800 + 10% tax - total is $1980
November     = $600 a week - 28 days = $2200 + 10% tax - total is $2420
December     = $700 a week - 28 days = $2500 + 10% tax - total is $2750
