This villa is located in the safe, quiet, and convenient lake Davenport Estates. The community is centrally located with easy access to all major highways including I-192, I-27 and I-4. It is about 20 miles from the Orlando International Airport(MCO) and 60 miles from the Tempa International Airport (TPA). It is about an hour drive to Daytona beach, Cocoa beach, Clear Water beach. It is only 8 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and 20 minutes drive to Sea World and Universal Studios. It is also surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers and championship golf courses. 

The villa is a single house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a family room, and a game room. The villa is fully furnished and is beautifully decorated. It has central air conditioning and is well equipped with all amenities you possibly need. This spacious villa can accommadate 8 comfortably and 10 guests if the sleeper couch is used.

Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool and a hot tub spa
on a large pool deck with ample space for dining and relaxing. The pool can be
heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects. There is also a direct access to the pool from the master bathroom.

Our management company, one of the best in the area, provides professional services and is 24-hour on call for our guests. For the safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there be NO smoking and NO pets inside the villa.
