This villa is located in the safe, quiet, and convenient  
Lake Davenport Estates community. This community is centrally  
located with easy access from all major highways including I-192, I- 
27 and I-4. It is only 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 
 
The community is just minutes drive from all major Disney area  
attractions - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studio, Sea  
World and Universal Studios etc. It is also surrounded by  
restaurants, shopping centers and championship golf courses. The  
Polo Park Executive Golf Course is only one mile away.  
 
This villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a heated private pool  
with a large extended pool deck. The villa is fully furnished and is  
beautifully decorated. It is central air conditioned throughout, and is well equipped with  
all the amenities you possibly need in your own home. This spacious  
villa can accommodate 8 guests comfortably and 10 if the sleep-couch  
is used.  
 
Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool and a large pool  
deck with ample space for dining and relaxing. The pool can be  
heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects.  
There is also a direct access to the pool from the master bathroom.  
 
Our management company, one of the best in the area, provides  
professional services and is 24-hour on call for our guests. For the  
safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there be no  
smoking and no pets inside the villa.
