Vacation Rental Description

This charming home is located 12 miles from the city of Sandpoint 
and 8 miles from the quaint small town of Priest River.  The house 
has 198 feet of water front with new private 100 foot dock.  The 
house size is 1,550 square feet.  It is a two story cabin like 
structure with 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.  Downstairs bedrooms 1) 
one queen 2) two singles, Upstairs, there are two bedrooms one has 
one full and one has two singles. There is also a loft TV room with 
DVD player and VCR.  There is no cable TV.
The living room kitchen and dining area have 180 degree views out to 
the river.

Out door table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful lake view.

Activities and Attractions

40 minutes from Schweitzer Mountain fun in winter or summer

15 min drive into Sandpoint with numerous restaurants shopping 
oppportunities.
Great water sports available including water skiing, boating, 
swimming and sailing.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,700-$1,750 per week during high season. (June-September)
