This 4 year young townhome located at 124 E. Leaming Avenue, Unit B, is only 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. It is just a short walk to many restaurants and attractions. There are three levels of living in this reverse style home. The first level has two bedrooms (one with full size bed and the other with a twin daybed with twin size pull-up trundle) and a bathroom with stall shower. The second level, with cathedral ceilings, is where the living/dining and kitchen areas are. A sun deck with table and chairs is just off the living room area. The third level (loft) extends the width of the house and has a pull out queen sofa bed with tv and half bath/powder room. (very spacious)

House sleeps 6, comfortably. Each additional person is additional $100, per night.

Sorry but, absolutely no pets and no smoking in the house.   Families only,  or adult groups over 35 years of age.

This rental has all the amenities of home. Heat and fireplace in
the winter, fans and central air in the summer months. Two car garage (front to back), large side yard with patio set, gas grill, and area to hose off after a day at the beach. There is private washer/dryer in the home, full size kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and all the utensils that you'll need. Two televisions one with digital cable, vcr and dvd player. Also provided are: hairdryer, iron and ironing board. In the event of rain or down time, there are plenty of board games, books and magazines. Blankets and pillows are also provided.

Items that you'll need to take with you: paper products, bed linens, bath towels, soap/shampoo, other toiletries and beach blankets and chairs.

Wildwood has one of the largest Free beaches in South Jersey (no beach tags needed in this town). Voted Best Beach in 2008! where you can boogie board, surf, ride waves or just bask in the sun. Large boardwalk with 3 piers full of rides, games and delicious snacks. 3 large water fun parks some with with areas for the adults to relax and unwind. Many area miniature golf courses. Just a short walk in the opposite direction, toward the bay, are many Sightseeing Tour Boats which take you dolphin/whale watching, and on fishing tours. Jetski rentals on Sunset Bay. Just around the corner from this house is Duffers Challenge, which has a miniature golf course, video game room and ice cream parlour. (watch out for xtra large ice cream portions!) Wildwood is just a short ride to Cape May, Stone Harbor and Avalon. Don't forget the Free Cape May County Zoo! (minimal donation required per carload)

Summer Rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday

Weekly rates plus additional $300 "refundable" security deposit. Returned to you, upon satisfactory inspection, no later than two weeks after departure date.
