Fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 sq. ft. condo with your own
private ground level lanai. The condo has air conditioning and
comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. There is a King bed in the bedroom,
queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a tri-fold children's
futon in the closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything.
Cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, high speed wireless internet access are
also provided. All linens and towels are included. Washer & dryer are
inside the condo. Beach cooler and beach towels are also
included for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching,
surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, sightseeing, shopping &
restaurants. Tennis, hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, sunset & whale
watching excursions, Maui Ocean Aquarium, museums and multiplex
cinemas are all nearby.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
