Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous newly remodeled ground floor S. Kihei, Maui Vista condo, located just a few steps from one 
of 3 refreshing pools. Kamaole I & Charley Young beaches are directly across the street. Shopping 
and restaurants are all within walking distance. Wailea's world championship golf courses, Mt. 
Haleakala & Maalaea Harbor excursions Are just a short drive away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 sq. ft. condo with your own private ground level lanai.  
The condo has air conditioning and comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. There is a King bed in the 
bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a tri-fold children's futon in the closet.  The 
kitchen is fully equipped with everything.

Cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, high speed wireless internet access are also provided. All linens and 
towels are included. Washer & dryer are inside the condo. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels are 
also included for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

Activities and Attractions

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, 
sailing, sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. Tennis, hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, sunset & whale 
watching excursions, Maui Ocean Aquarium, museums and multiplex cinemas are all nearby.

10% discount for 30 nights during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations greater than 
90 days from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & 
Value Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund 
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace 
yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
