friendly, casual atmosphere exists where walking or biking is the
preferred mode of transportation. There is a wonderful boardwalk,
fishing dock, boat launch and playground residents enjoy.

Our upscale cottages and cabana studios are newly redeveloped offering
custom cherry kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, 12 foot
ceilings, bamboo wood and imported tile flooring, crown molding and
truly luxurious appointments.

At the center of our cluster of cottages and cabana studios is a
lovely courtyard with wonderful grilling, picnicking and lounging
facilities including a wonderful heated pool.
