Vacation Rental Description

Aloha, E Komo Mai!(welcome). When you come to Hawaii, you came 
to "reward" yourself by getting away from the hussle and 
bussle, right? The best lOCATION on the Big Island. Free from 
commuter traffic jams,pesty mosquitoes and helicopters and miles and 
miles of lava rocks. Here on the Hamakua Coast we have deep soil 
that supports swaying Alexander Palms,and miles and miles of green 
pasture along with thousands of waterfalls.  Located in Onomea Bay, 
our Retreat captures the essence of the Hawaiian spirit. Surrounded 
by thousands of acres of rolling pastures with gentle trade winds 
the retreat's vantage points offer unobstructed 180 degree view of 
the blue ocean,Hilo Bay, palm rainforest, snow-cap Mauna Kea, and 
a "smoking" volcano, Kilauea.

We have miles of private trails for you to discover; some leading to 
waterfalls where small rainbows dance lightly on the mist. 

Oma'Oma Waokele (Green Rainforest Suite)has 2 twin beds which can be 
arrange to be one large king bed. Perfect arrangement'non-disturbed" 
sleep from movement of the other person.A 10 jets whirlpool tub and 
Italian blue-gray marble with marble vanity and Grohe faucet.  
flatscreen satelite tv with 77 channels plus movies, DVD player and  
phone a mini refrigerator and microwave,and coffee maker.
The Olino Suite has on queen bed. Bathroom has shower only.

Catering is also available.Our restaurant in Hilo, Charity's 
Veganfest, caters our food. You can purchase natural, organic, 
healthy vegetarian entrees with no animal product ingredients and is 
then cholesterol-free. Available are  fresh organic leafy 
salads,"home made" organic dough veggie pizza,exotic coconut milk 
curry vegetables with Keifer lime,orgainic raw nori veggie 
wraps,Master Georgie's medicinal dextox revital teas and of course & 
Haupia (Hawaiian coconut 
milk pudding).

free water from UV sterilizer treatment system. Private lanais, 
Wireless laptop connection, Satellite TV with 77 channels, Telephone 
Service, Fireplace, Washer & Dryer. Exercise machines, track & 
weights.Scenic 2 thousands acres of pasture and 7 miles of walking 
trail totally free of mosquitos and cars.

Musically incline evening "Star". Instruments to express 
the "soul". Piano, guitar, and violin. Jazz it, rock & roll it. If 
not, radio and CD players available. Dog kennel available.

Hawaiian WEDDING Ceremony. On top of the world overlooking Hilo Bay, 
adjacent to swaying green palm wedding vows or anniversary renewal 
can be perform by Rev.Claire.

Activities and Attractions

Our Vacation Rental is near the town of Hilo, which rests on the 
lower slopes of Mauna Kea. A quick, short 7 minutes drive out of 
Hilo 
on Hamakua Coast at Marker 9.

Sitting on Hilo Bay, the town straddles a tranquil river with
waterfalls and lush vegetation.

Visit Hawaii's largest historic core of buildings dating back to the
turn of the century, they showcase Hawaii’s unique architecture.

Hilo is an old sugar town and houses Hawaii's largest historic core 
of buildings. Dating back to the turn of the century, the buildings
showcase Hawaii's unique architecture, with a splash of western, Art
Deco and Renaissance Revival influences.

Visit the many unique and one of a kind shops featuring Hawaiiana,
vintage island treasures, local crafts, and artwork. Shop for
distinctive designer dresses and shirts, and check out the famous 
Hilo Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, featuring tropical 
fruits,flowers, and more. Then stop off for a bite to eat at one of 
the more than 3 dozen restaurants nestled in downtown Hilo, 
Charity's 
Veganfest is located at 330 Kamehameha Ave on the Bayfront.

Plenty of other activities are close by, too. Keep your days filled 
by exploring Waipio Valley for horseback riding, black sand beaches,
golf, snorkeling, sightsee at Volcano National Park, visit Akaka 
Falls, the World Botanical Center, or just relax out on the 
lanai overlooking the ocean and the rainforest.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum of 3 nights stay / No Smoking in or outside of the house.

Rates for double occupancy.

$110.00 per night in the Oma'Oma Waokele (Green Rainforest Suite)
$80.00/nt for the Olino Suite (sunrise suite) 


Weekly rates are from $480-$675

Holidays rates are higher. December 22th to January 5th. Christmas 
and New Year, minimum 7 days stay.Full payment 90 days before 
arrival.

Hawaii taxes,refundable/damage deposit require.

A refundable security deposit is due within ten days of the 
reservation; Full payment payable 60 days prior to arrival.  
Acceptable payments are check or money order and Paypal.

Rates are subject to change and not confirmed until a deposit is 
received.

One time cleaning fee of $65-$120 per stay applies.


Cancellation:
Full refund of deposit minus a $85 cancellation fee with 60 days 
notice.Less than 30 days refund upon re-booking minus cancellation 
fee.
