Aloha, E Komo Mai!(welcome). When you come to Hawaii, you came
to "reward" yourself by getting away from the hussle and
bussle, right? The best lOCATION on the Big Island. Free from
commuter traffic jams,pesty mosquitoes and helicopters and miles and
miles of lava rocks. Here on the Hamakua Coast we have deep soil
that supports swaying Alexander Palms,and miles and miles of green
pasture along with thousands of waterfalls. Located in Onomea Bay,
our Retreat captures the essence of the Hawaiian spirit. Surrounded
by thousands of acres of rolling pastures with gentle trade winds
the retreat's vantage points offer unobstructed 180 degree view of
the blue ocean,Hilo Bay, palm rainforest, snow-cap Mauna Kea, and
a "smoking" volcano, Kilauea.

We have miles of private trails for you to discover; some leading to
waterfalls where small rainbows dance lightly on the mist.

Oma'Oma Waokele (Green Rainforest Suite)has queen bed. A 6 jets
whirlpool tub and 6 multi-heads shower.
full size refrigerator for weekly grocery. Mcrowave,and oven and
coffee maker and a 300 sq. ft lanai to enjoy "Sparkling" ocean
sunrises each morning while you enjoy breakfast.
The Olino Suite has twin beds. Italian blue-gray marble bathroom with
10 jet whirlpool and a lanai to enjoy golden sunrises at breakfast.

Our Vacation Rental is near the town of Hilo, which rests on the
lower slopes of Mauna Kea. A quick, short 7 minutes drive out of
Hilo on Hamakua Coast at Marker 9.

Sitting on Hilo Bay, the town straddles a tranquil river with
waterfalls and lush vegetation.

Visit Hawaii's largest historic core of buildings dating back to the
turn of the century, they showcase Hawaii�s unique architecture.

distinctive designer dresses and shirts, and check out the famous
Hilo Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, featuring tropical
fruits,flowers, and more. Then stop off for a bite to eat at one of
the more than 3 dozen restaurants nestled in downtown Hilo,

Veganfest is located at 330 Kamehameha Ave on the Bayfront.

Plenty of other activities are close by, too. Keep your days filled
by exploring Waipio Valley for horseback riding, black sand beaches,
golf, snorkeling, sightsee at Volcano National Park, visit Akaka
Falls, the World Botanical Center, or just relax out on the
lanai overlooking the ocean and the rainforest.

Minimum of 3 nights stay / No Smoking in or outside of the house.

Weekly rates are from $390-$510

Holidays rates are higher. December 22th to January 5th. Christmas
and New Year, minimum 7 days stay.Full payment 90 days before
arrival.

Hawaii taxes,refundable/damage deposit require.

A refundable security deposit is due within ten days of the
reservation; Full payment payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Acceptable payments are check or money order and Paypal.

Rates are subject to change and not confirmed until a deposit is
received.

One time cleaning fee of $65-$120 per stay applies.


Cancellation:
Full refund of deposit minus a $85 cancellation fee with 60 days
notice.Less than 30 days refund upon re-booking minus cancellation
fee.
