Are you looking for a quiet, cozy and private retreat? The Cottage
is brand new construction in 2007. A 2,000 square foot single family home, nestled in an acre plus of wooded natural land in Norris Point. Norris Lake is just across the street with views from your upstairs loft. The Cottage is less than one quarter mile from a free public access boat ramp. The home was custom designed with wrap around covered porches on three sides with an exterior dining space off of the kitchen. Natural slate flooring in common areas with hardwood floors in bedrooms and loft.
Cozy loft area, plenty of space a reading nook/TV and window seat to enjoy the view. Very spacious kitchen/dining area. The Master and one other bedroom feature queen beds and one bedroom is outfitted with twin beds. Custom stone and marble in bathrooms with large soaking tub and walk in rain shower.
Bedding provided, but please bring your own towels.
The Cottage has never been used for everyday living. We're sorry, no pets allowed in consideration of our variety of guest's preferences.
