This upscale designer decorated studio condo is in the best possible  
location in South Beach: located at 6th Street and Meridian Ave, which  
is the middle of the "TRUE" South Beach Art Deco district. 
 
Don't confuse this with one of those nasty "old apartment/motel  
building conversions to condos" which look like a plain hotel room  
you see all over on the internet for "real cheapie rates".  You DO  
get what you pay for in SoBe...our studio condo is first class, and very upscale.  
 
#205 is a brand new fully renovated, VERY UPSCALE privately owned  
studio condo located in the middle of the most desired part of South  
Beach.  It is decorated by a reknown designer specialing in "Loft Looks".

We provide central air conditioning and heat (not some cheap noisy  
window units like some older condo conversions on the internet offer).

THIS IS NOT A HI RISE BUILDING WITH ELEVATOR NOISES; it is just  
a two story walk up.  #205 is on the second floor, so you won't hear  
footsteps above your head when trying to sleep like some other older 
condos advertised on the internet in SoBe. (These are important features to  
think about when vacationing in SoBe!)  Our repeat customers constantly tell us  
that #205 is a real steal in very expensive South Beach. 
 
Our location is just awesome; just 4 blocks to the beach & clubs.  
But #205 is situated on a quiet tree lined residential street away  
from all the traffic nightmare and loud noises of Collins Drive,  
Washington Drive, or Ocean Drive. You will really appreciate our quiet  
location when trying to sleep on a busy weekend night... 
 
Amenities included are: Electronic security entrances, Color Cable  
TV with DVD & a DVD library, AM-FM-CD stereo, toaster, blender,  
coffee maker, all linens, pillows, bath & beach towels, pots, pans,  
eating utensils, plates, glasses, designer furnishings/artwork, and  
a FREE visitor on street parking pass.

The upscale gourmet stainless steel kitchen features a full size  
stove and oven combo, solid granite countertop and backsplash, full sized  
stainless steel fridge with a built in ice maker, custom designer top loading dishwasher,  
wine cooler, built-in microwave, and even a built-in undercounter washer/dryer combo.   
 
In our full sized kitchen you can cook an entire gourmet meal if you  
so desire (we get so many compliments on how well equipped our  
kitchen is for just a vacation rental unit). 
 
The air conditioned bath is tiled in designer travertine, with European low profile toilet, European  
designer sink, rainfall shower head in a floating glass enclosed shower, and we even provide a wall  
mounted hair dryer!  Plus, lots of fluffy towels are provided for your use. 
 
A custom "queen size" murphy bed is built into the wall closet which  
sleeps two adults on a top of the line "Serta Perfect Sleeper" mattress. 
 
Also there is a "full size" sleeper sofa featuring a "Simmons"  
innerspring mattress which can sleep an additional adult if required 
(there is an extra fee for 3rd person in condo).

Activities and Attractions

Location, location, location is extremely important when visiting  
South Beach...#205 studio condo is in the best part of the heart of South Beach  
Art Deco District south of 7th street.  
 
It is just 4 blocks to Lummus Beach park, 3 blocks to Ocean Drive, 2  
blocks to Washington Ave...now you get the picture on how great a  
location this is.  THIS IS TRUE SOUTH BEACH AT IT'S BEST! 
 
From the condo you can walk to the best SoBe has to offer in just a  
few minutes...shopping, restaurants, bars, & the beach. 
 
Also you can hop on the South Beach "Local" bus service which runs  
all over SoBe for just 25 cents, and the bus stop is just 2 blocks  
away!  Plus, taxicabs cruise by the condo location 10x per hour.

Vacation Rental Rates

You are booking directly with the owner of #205 studio condo with  
the following discounted rates for TWO people: 
 
Minimum rental is 4 nights. No exceptions. 
 
Just add the following to the below rates: 
$25 per night for a third person in condo (Max 3 people in condo). 
$300 refundable security required on all new rentals.
