50% reservation deposit required when reservation confirmed.  
Remainder plus security deposit of $4000. REQUIRED 45 days prior to  
scheduled arrival.  In the event of a cancellation, the reservation  
deposit will be refunded ONLY IF CANCELLATION IS 90 DAYS PRIOR TO  
scheduled arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.  
Security deposit refunded, less expenses if any, w/in 14 days of  
departure.
