Vacation Rental Description

This Mayan Lakes property is a vacation development built and 
operated by Mayan Resorts. This exclusive condominium is located 
minutes from world class golf courses and beach facilities.
Located in the new ´Diamond Beach / Playa Diamante´ zone of 
Acapulco, the condo is 2 miles from the beach just outside of the 
Mayan Palace golf course grounds, only 10 minutes from the Acapulco 
Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Acapulco.
For convenience, a Walmart Supercenter, McDonald´s, Domino´s Pizza 
and Alamo Rental Car are all located within 3 miles.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1,700 sq.ft fully furnished 3 Bedrooom / 3 Bathroom condo 
features sitting areas with TV and sofa, dining area, fully equipped 
kitchen, air conditioning, internet access, hair dryer,iron w/ board 
and Jacuzzi in Master Bedroom.
The kitchen includes electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, 
toaster, coffe maker, blender, kitchen utensils, china and 
glassware. A gas BBQ is also provided for use on the balcony.  

The bedrooms sleep the following number of people comfortably : 
Master Bedroom : 2 people (1 King bed)
Guest Bedroom 1: 4 people (2 Queen beds)
Guest Bedroom 2: 2 people (2 Twin beds)

Full maid service is available for additional fee of US$25 per day.
