Deposit of $150 is required at time of booking. Full payment must
be made 8 weeks prior to departure. If a booking is made less than
8 weeks before departure date, then full payment must be made at the
time of booking.

In the event of a cancellation, a charge will be made as follows:
More than 56 days Full deposit
56 - 29 days 50% cost of accommodation
28 - 22 days 75% cost of accommodation
21 days or less 100% cost of accommodation
