Vacation Rental Description

Located just one mile from Kissimmee Old Town and 5 minutes drive 
from Walt Disney World - this comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 
bathroom, upstairs apartment home (non-smoking) is combined with the 
added luxuries of the Royal Palm Bay Resort complex.

The apartment itself is a comfortable home from home, is fully air 
conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people.

Living Area - a bright, light and airy open plan living/dining area 
featuring cathedral ceilings, 32" TV with Cable, DVD player, Hi-Fi 
and Sofa Bed.  

Free hi speed internet access is also available in the Living Area.

Kitchen - a fully equiped open plan kitchen including 
hob/oven/microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, 
utensils/cookware, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, washing 
machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom - a large airy room with cathedral ceilings featuring 
a queen size bed and patio doors that lead to a decked balcony.   It 
also has Cable TV, radio alarm clock, large walk in closet and an 
ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - a bright and colourful room with twin beds.   It also 
has Cable TV, a DVD player, a radio alarm clock and a large walk in 
closet.

Bedroom 3 - a bright and colourful room with twin beds.   It also 
has Cable TV, a DVD player, a radio alarm clock and a closet.

2nd Bathroom - family bathroom with bath and shower.

All linens are provided - a cot is also available upon request.

Vacation Rental Rates

*Low Season (Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec) 
     - $65 per night or $450 per week.

*Regular Season (March, April, May, June, Sept, Oct)
     - $69 per night or $480 per week.

*Peak Season (July, August, Easter) 
     - $75 per night or $520 per week.

*Christmas and New Year weeks 
     - $625 per week.

*Discounted monthly rates also available on request.

Stays of 4 nights or less will incur a $60 cleaning fee.

Rates are exclusive of Florida Sales Tax (13%).

Deposit of $150 is required at time of booking.  Full payment must 
be made 8 weeks prior to departure.   If a booking is made less than 
8 weeks before departure date, then full payment must be made at the 
time of booking.

In the event of a cancellation, a charge will be made as follows:
More than 56 days     Full deposit
56 - 29 days          50% cost of accommodation
28 - 22 days          75% cost of accommodation
21 days or less       100% cost of accommodation
