May 1st- August 31st- $1700 per month 
September 1st- December 31th -$1900 per month 
January 1st- April 30th -$2600 per month 
** we offer a  discount for booking of 4 months or more 
Home is also available on a yearly rental basis, fully furnished, contact owner to discuss rates. 
$500 security deposit--$150 deposit non -refundable pet deposit 
50% rent deposit due at booking, remaining due one month before time  
of occupancy. 
$75 cleaning fee paid by tenant upon vacating. 
Florida tax is 11%
