Charming home on a quiet, tree lined street, close to magnificent
Lake Michigan beach, shopping and dining. Sunny Side Retreat has 6
bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen with pantry, and two porches.
Decorated in cottage style, with all the comforts of home, it is
perfect for family reunions and gatherings. The second story living
room is great for children to hang out in while the formal living
room is comfortable for entertaining and relaxing. The two porches
(one screened, one open with swing,) are great for kicking back.
Guests have told us that they hate to leave!

The Kid's Park is just 3 blocks away with indoor bathrooms, water
fountains, a huge wooden play structure, and baseball diamond.
Steps to the magnificent, sandy beach are immediately adjacent to the
park. The quaint harbor town is just 4 blocks away.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a walk-in pantry with an extra
refrigerator. The complete list:

South Haven is one of the most picturesque and charming vacation
towns in the Midwest. The downtown is within easy walking distance
from Sunny Side and has a great selection of restaurants, antique
shops, and cafes. Of course the main attraction is the fabulous white
sand beach and romantic harbor. Adjacent to the beach is the Kid's
Park, a gigantic wooden playscape.

Sunny Side Retreat is available during the summer and fall seasons
June through November 1, 2007.  Weekly rents are as follows:
First 2 weeks of June - $2500, second 2 weeks of June 3000.
First 2 weeks of July - $3200.
Second 2 weeks of July through second week of August - $3000. 
After 8/18 - $2500
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within 5 days of making a
reservation, when a contract will be forwarded to you for signature.
The final payment including a $500 security deposit, $150.00 cleaning
fee, and 6% sales tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Final
payments for July and August are due June 1. A copy of the finalized
Rental Agreement,check-in instructions and directions will be sent
once we receive your final payment.

We ask guests not to smoke indoors. There are two porches, 1 with a
swing, and the other with ample seating and tables, that are both
comfortable and a good place to go for this.
