summer vacation? Imagine taking a short 5 minute (about 150 yards),
leisurely walk across a street and down a lush-green beach access
path from your luxurious second-story condo and discover the famous
white-sands and crystal blue waters of the Siesta Beach, named one
of the top ten beaches in the world! Lounging on the beach in our
comfortable beach chairs under our private beach umbrella may
forever alter your idea of a fantastic vacation.
Back at the condo, relaxing on the lanai you can enjoy the scenic
view of the on-site boat docks nestled among lush tropical flora.
Or, you may swim at our large heated outdoor pool or rejuvenate in
the men�s or women�s saunas. If you prefer driving to the beach, a
public access point with parking lot and sand volleyball courts is a
short drive away (0.1 miles). World-class bay-side and other golfing
opportunities abound.
If fishing is your forte, grab our fishing pole and head down to the
water! For the more adventurous, we also offer a four-person raft
with oars so you may take on the Gulf waves at any time. Spend a
relaxing evening sampling our numerous board games and books. Or,
explore the bountiful Siesta Key shopping scene. Browse over 150
stores including many unique boutiques, galleries, salons and
specialty shops. When your shopping frenzy yields to hunger, indulge
in succulent taste of Siesta Key�s world-class restaurants.
Downtown Sarasota, just a short drive away across an island bridge,
has world-renowned shopping, fine dining, and cultural attractions
of its own. It is also located within easy driving distance of the
most famous tourist destinations in Florida. Public transportation
is readily available for more distant exploration if you choose not
to drive.
Fully furnished, spotless, newly updated throughout and with all the
amenities of a comfortable home, our condo offers two large bedrooms
with full baths, a comfortable living room, dining area, TV/music
entertainment center, and lanai (balcony) with a scenic view of the
boat docks and tropical flora. Additional full-sized inflatable
mattress also available. All necessary linens are provided, and a
full-sized washer and dryer are located downstairs. Our fully
equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of home.
Our housekeeper will clean the place top to bottom at the conclusion
of your stay, so you may enjoy your vacation in a blissful state of
leisure to the last minute. Supplementary housekeeping services are
also available for an additional fee. One reserved parking spot with
additional guest parking are at your disposal.
However you define luxury and leisure, you are certain to find it at
Siesta on the Key, our home away from home and soon to be yours!
Please note that the condo association does not allow storage of
boat trailers (with or without boats on them) on the condo complex
property. Also, the boat slips at the condo dock are all rented out.
If you plan on bringing a boat you will need to arrange storage for
your boat and trailer on your own. We have some suggestions as to
the storage facilities - please feel free to contact us about this
issue.
