House is located in a 55+over community. One occupant must be 55
years of age.
This is a beautiful light and bright private home located on a cul-de-
sac in Sun City West. It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep
up to six people. There are 2 large walk in closets and dressing
rooms in both bedrooms with an additional sink in the master bedroom
dressing area. It has an extra large laundry room that can be used as
an office as well. There are plantation shutters in all the right
places and beautiful carpet and ceramic tile throughout. If your
looking for a spotless and bright vacation home this is it!!!

Great location just north of all the ball parks. Seemed like our travel was always opposite the daily traffic when going to the games. Metro center was quick and easy to get to and the Peoria Shopping mall is minutes away. Very comfortable with larger rooms than we needed. Clean quiet neighborhood and safe area. Had full kitchen with enough pots . pans a dishes. Found home to be just as described by add.

Will stay there again if we are in the area.

A good vacation rental

We thoroughly enjoyed the month we spent here and have already made arrangements to come back next year.

The house is good sized, well kept and very well equipped.The broadband internet access was a real plus for keeping in touch with friends and taking care of necessities. Great grapefruit and oranges in the back yard! The owners were easy to do business with (and easy to contact, when necessary). They definitely wanted us to enjoy our time in their home.

The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed--a good location for a morning walk or an evening on the patio.

Although the property is sort of on a far end of Sun City West, it is still very close to one of the community's really nice golf courses and a recreation center.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing
