from both the main Highway 192 where many supermarkets, shops,
restaurants and bars are found and close to the Florida Turnpike, it
is a perfect location for golfers and holidaymakers alike. Remington
is a gated community with very peaceful and relaxing surroundings,
but still close to all the Disney Theme Parks and all the attractions
such as Sea World, Epcot Centre, Universal Studios & Islands of
Adventure.
This air-conditioned villa is set over two storeys and has over 2600
sq. ft. of living space, providing you with ample space compared to
other four bedroom vacation homes which usually have less than 2000sq. ft.
It has 4 bedrooms/2 en-suite masters, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool
and a games room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
All bedrooms are beautifully set up and decorated.

There are four TVs in the villa with over 200 cable channels .

The first master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a separate shower cubicle, a bath tub and his 'n hers vanity sinks.
This room also has two walk-in closets and a safe, 32" flatscreen TV and
four windows over-looking the pool.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom and
a walk-in closet and a 25" flatscreen TV
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with large closets and a 24"inch TV.
The 4th bedroom is a twin room with two single beds.
There is a sofa-bed available to accommodate extra guests.
The screened pool has a large deck furnished with patio furniture. The
pool can be heated to desired temperature if required. All linen and
towels are provided.
There is a living room with a new oversized Italian leather sofa set
as well as a family room which is off the kitchen. It is equipped with
a 32" TV and DVD Player.
The large kitchen is fitted with a glass-top range with oven,
refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,
toaster, blender,cooking ware, utensils and crockery. There is also a
breakfast bar/nook.
There are two dining areas set up to accomodate 6 and 8 people
respectively.
The garage is converted into a games room comprising a pool table,
foosball and an electronic basketball.
The laundry room is off the kitchen and adjacent to the garage,
complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
This villa is 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport(MCO).

7 - 30 days before arrival date: 100% of rental cost or security deposit.
Fees & Taxes:Florida state and Osceola county taxes are a total of 13%
and are already included in
the rates.

Minimum 3 nights stay. There is a cleaning charge of USD90/GBP60 for
stays of 5 nights or less.
We offer discount for longer stays.Cleaning charges are included for
bookings of 6 days or more.
