vacation? This condo is in a small, charming, picturesque Spainsh complex located walking  
distance to the world famous Coronado beach. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This two story condo has been recently upgraded and is over 1200 square feet, with an additional 300  
square foot private deck.  It sleeps 6 comfortably (king, queen & 2  
twin beds) with the master bedroom downstairs and a private deck w/  
BBQ upstairs.  This three bedroom condo is completely furnished,  
including linens, dishes, washer and dryer, TV and wireless internet,  
among other things. One pet is allowed per HOA regulations.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is located just a few blocks from the world famous  
Coronado beach, Hotel Del Coronado, Library, Spreckles Park and  
Downtown restaurants and stores.

Vacation Rental Rates

Year round availability on this vacation rental with a minimum 30 day stay.  Avail August-  
December.  Rates range from $7,500  
in 
August & September; and $6,500 in October thru Dec. 25% security deposit/  
reservation  
fee is due at lease signing and rent is due 60 days prior to move-in.
