We  just finished remodeling this condo.
You'll find it a stunning, spotless, relaxing condo. We've removed a hall/bedroom wall giving much, much more room in the bedroom! Now it is a stately condo.

This is a first floor unit - close to building entrance. That's important when
you're carrying luggage or just in a hurry.

This unit is in the "B" Ocean Villa of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. A gated family resort.
We call it the BLUE unit.
We have another unit, ocean front, which is our RED unit.

A Guest Pass is required for access to Resort.

The condo is fully furnish, including complete kitchen.
Linens are furnished. Queen bed in master bedroom.
Captain's bunks (Wall built-in) for children in hall.
These would not be comfortable for adults unless small.
Also we have a sofa sleeper -- best for children.

All one bedroom units in the HH Beach and Tennis resort
have the same basic floor plan except we just removed
a wall giving a lot more space in the bedroom.
Just compare pictures of our condo with others.  You'll see.

I do NOT charge any extra fees for cleaning, etc.
