Vacation Rental Description

Property sits on 1.2 acres of beautiful waterfront property. Pond is 
great for boating, fishing, and swimming. Canoe and/or paddle boat 
provided for tenant use. Large waterfront area highlighted by 
private dock and flagpole. House is large, loaded with character, and 
sits right down on the water. House sits 200 feet from road in a 
private setting. There are three large bedrooms (one on the first 
floor and two on the second floor) and lots of skylights and windows 
throughout the house. There is a small bedroom in the Boat House, a 
small "side hut" separate from the main house. There is also a tree 
house for children to play in.

Distance to ocean: under 2 miles
Distance to town: approximately 3 miles

available for use, deck/porch/patio, BBQ-grill, outdoor shower,

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer (June 30 - September 1)*: $4500 per week
June & September*: $3000 per week
Off-season: $2000 per week, $400 per night

*June through September rentals run Saturday to Saturday with a one 
week minimum.
