Our one of a kind hip, contemporary two-story loft is stylishly furnished with designer 
furniture and original art. The space is light and bright with lots of windows and high 
ceilings. The top floor features the master bedroom where you can sleep wrapped in a 
down comforter in a romantic, queen canopy bed. Our chef’s kitchen if perfect for 
entertaining, complete with stainless steel appliances. Front sitting area and balcony 
perfect for sitting at night enjoying appetizers or wine. Downstairs features an office area 
with desk and complementary high speed, wi-fi internet to take care of your business 
needs.
Stained concrete floor have radiant heat to keep you warm in the winter after skiing. We 
are near the summer outdoor farmers’ market and a two gourmet markets. We are near 
the plaza and the SITE Santa Fe Arts District and museums.
