Buddy's Birch Lake Chalet in Birchwood

Buddy's is a chalet style home that has breathtaking views of Big
Birch Lake, Sawyer County, with a full wall of specialty windows
that allow you to
see mother nature at her finest! This home is spacious and bright
with a gourmet kitchen and warm living room as well as a roomy loft
in the peak. The loft area is the game room complete with puzzles,
games, books, and a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom is on the main
floor. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed,
laundry room, and an additional family room with a futon.

This cabin has many amenities including: a fully stocked kitchen,
dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pizza oven, other appliances, 2
bathrooms,
3 bedrooms with queen beds, sofa sleeper, queen size futon, linens
provided, gas fireplace, alarm clocks, dvd player,stereo, vcr, tv's
in all bedrooms, campfire ring, 2 large decks, gas
grill, garage, flower gardens, and electicity at dock by water.

Fishing, boating, swimming, golfing, snowmobiling, atv trails, ice
fishing, water skiing, shopping, canoeing, cross-country skiing,
hiking, casino's, playground, pontoon, restaurants, movies, and
relaxing.

Summer Rates: May 25th to Sept 2th, 2013
$1550.00 week - Saturday to Saturday
$100.00 each person over occupancy of 8
Pontoon - $550.00 week

Off Peak: $165.00 a night/3 night minimum
$25/person per night over occupancy of 8

Off Peak Special: April 20th - May 24th, 2013 & Sept 3rd - Oct 13th, 2013
$600.00 - 3 night stay includes a 20 ft pontoon boat
$200.00 each additional night


3 night minumum
Please add 5.5% sales tax and a $85.00 cleaning charge to all
totals.
A $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required to hold all
reservations.

We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age. We are very serious
about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of
all our guests' and neighbors.
