This 1,900 square foot contemporary with an ocean view is located on
a private � acre, 2 blocks from a private home owner�s ocean beach.
It is a great place for children.
The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living
area with fireplace and cathedral ceilings with sky lights. There
are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen size bed and
private terrace and the guest bedroom has a full size bed and a
bathroom. There is a 1,000 sp ft deck, which wraps around the front
and side of the house that is accessible to the dining, living area
and guest bedroom.
The lower level has a family room with a pull out queen sofa, and a
hollywood bed also, accessible to the lower deck. There are 2
bedrooms one with bunk beds and a single and the other sleeps 2. A
full bathroom and laundry room complete the lower level.
The house has 3 TV�s with cable, VCRs and DVD players and an outdoor
shower.
