Vacation Rental Description

This is a brand new 2300 square foot 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 
ocean, sunset and coastline views. Enjoy resort living in a gate-
guarded community, located in a beautiful ocean front enclave next 
to the Ritz Carlton Hotel. 

The Master Bedroom has a 180 degree ocean view and contains a king 
size bed, flat screen TV and two large walk-in closets. The Master 
Bath has “his and her” sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a large separate 
shower area. The other ocean view bedroom has a queen size bed and a 
large closet. The third bedroom contains a full size bed. The second 
bathroom has a single sink and a large walk-in shower. (The lower 
level has a pull-out sofa if an additional bed is needed).

The lower level of the house is an open style design with a dining 
room complete with maple flooring and access to a picturesque 
outdoor seating area ideal for coffee in the morning! The great room 
faces the ocean complete with large picture windows allowing a full 
panoramic view of the area. The great room also contains two 
separate seating areas. One is for TV viewing and the other is more 
of a living room area complete with sofa, chairs and a fireplace.  
The kitchen has views to both the dining and great room and is 
complete with granite counters. There is also a powder room on the 
lower level.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, wireless internet, BBQ (with natural gas hook-up), 2 TVs, 
1 DVD player, whole house stereo system with built-in receiver, CD 
player and connection for an Ipod. Full kitchen with all dishes, 
pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.  2 car garage. 
Washer and Dryer. Beach chairs and beach towels. Full linens.

The garden is fully maintained at the owner’s expense. Monthly 
rental includes a full clean at the mid point of the rental. (Weekly 
cleaning can be arranged at the renter’s expense.)

This gate-guarded community also has full ocean access, private 
beach parking, a bluff picnic area and tennis courts. There is a year-
round heated pool and spa. This community has many beautiful open 
spaces with numerous trails allowing for pleasant walks.

This is a "no-smoking" property.
