Vacation Rental Description

This home is new to the vacation rental market.  It is a  
lovely, split level, single family home located on the Muskegon  
channel. It offers exceptional views via large windows across the  
front of the house and from the lower level deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has central air, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  There is a  
Jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the master bath.  A large living room  
houses the entertainment center complete with TV, VCR, DVD, and  
Stereo, and gas fireplace. 
 
The large,open kitchen has an island mounted electric cooktop and  
oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and  
coffeemaker and all the dishes and serving items to meet your needs. 
 
There is a family room, bedroom #4 and bathroom with shower on the  
lower level.

Activities and Attractions

This home is a short walk from Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake.  The  
Harbour Towne Marina, Harbour Towne Yacht Club and boat launch ramp  
are just one block away. 
 
The Muskegon area is known for its many recreational opportunities.  
Swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and boating are all right at  
your fingertips. 
 
Michigan's Adventure Park is approximately 30 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $1750 per week (May 20,2007 to  
Sept.16,2007) 
$1000 per week for the remainder of the year. 
Rates are based on a maximum of 8/eight occupants. Additional  
$50.00/person will be charged for more than 8 occupants (up to 10  
occupants).  
Week/s will be reserved based on receipt of reservation deposit, a  
minimum of 3/three weeks prior to desired date is required to hold  
requested date.  Calender reflects availability. 
Except For Labor Day Weekend, this home is rented for full weeks only.
