Spacious fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the Ahwatukee 
Foothills with all the amenities you'll need while experiencing 
Phoenix. All bedrooms are upstairs leaving plenty of space on the 
first level to spread out and relax. The master bedroom has a walk 
out balcony to enjoy the beautiful mountain views as well as a 
private master bath. The large open kitchen with island and 
breakfast 
nook overlooks the private backyard with grass and a newly 
resurfaced 
pebble-tec pool. For downtime at night you may enjoy sitting by the 
wood-burning fireplace while taking in your favorite show on 
satellite TV. Make this beautiful vacation rental your home away 
from 
home. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 king bed, 1 double bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bunk bed, 1 pull out 
couch
Linens, utensils, cookware, etc. all provided 
Grill, satellite TV, DVD player and VCR

This home is just minutes away from many nearby golf courses, 
casinos, shopping and entertainment. Freeway access is also within 
minutes making Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa a 20 minute drive or less. 

Vacation Rental Rates

January - April: $220/night $1200/week 

May - September: $150/night $900/week 

October - December $200/night $1000/week 

Weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas: $220/night $1200/week 

A refundable damage deposit of $250 & 50% of stay is required at 
time 
of booking.

A $150 non-refundable cleaning fee will be included in the final 
cost.

No cancellations after 30 days prior to arrival.

A charge of 3% will be made with each credit card transaction.
