A beautiful newly decorated 2BR/2BA Condo on Siesta Key, Florida.
The kitchen is fully furnished w/ dishwasher, smooth top cooking
range, microwave, & refrigerator.
The floor plan has a livingroom/dining combo with a screened in
lanai,and split bedroom Suites. Each suite has a private bath
dressing area and has a private door out to the lanai. The lanai has
a view of the Marina and the Intercoastal. The Master bedroom has a
walk-in closet with a King size bed, chest, desk and lounge chair.
There is a TV in each bedroom and also one in the livingroom w/ a
DVD/VCR combo. There is a laundry room on each floor.
This is a no-smoking Condo. Sorry no pets, RV's, trailers or pick-up
trucks on the premises

The complex has beautiful grounds with a waterfall and pond stocked
with fish. There are four gas grills on the patio and two heated
pools, one kiddie pool and one adult pool. There are three Har-Tru
tennis courts. There is an exercise room and a sauna. There is an

activities, Bingo, Bunco, cards, movies, etc.
Take a short walk in the morning and sit on the Marina Island, the
Gazebo or one of the private park benches overlooking the
Intercoastal water way and watch the boat traffic or look for
dolphins that swim by
regularly. You can fish off the sea wall. If you prefer take a walk
on the beautiful white sands of Crescent Beach, named one of the
three best beaches in the World, and look for shells, sanddollars and
watch for dolphins .

There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and the
Mote aquarium, Marie Selby Gardens, St. Armand's Circle and Lido
beach is just a short drive away. If you prefer there is plenty of
fishing, boating, jet skiing,snorkling,para-sailing, biking, golfing,
etc. We are less than two hours away from Disney World. If you
prefer you can either walk or drive to the quaint Village of Siesta
Key and enjoy some of the restaurants and shopping, some items done
by local artists.

A $300. security deposit due at reservations. This is
refundable 30 days after a satisfactory check-out. Security deposit
is non-refundable if renter does not cancel 30 days prior to arrival
date. Balance of rent is due 30 days before occupancy.
Summer Season is:
May 1 - November 30th @ $700/week
Winter Season is:
December 1st - April 30th @ $1000/week or $4000/per month
