weekend.  Condo is renovated (2008-2009) with flat screen television on recessed wall, brand new 
designer Martha Stewart bedding, new designer fixtures in bathrooms,  Stainless Steel brand new 
appliances in kitchen and Living room, dining room entry, hall bath and foyer: new porcelain tile 
floors with exquisite 20 x 20 on the diagonal - looks and feels like marble. "spice" bamboo in 
master bedroom - just finished! Fabulous! Bathrooms and kitchen renovated.  Amazing views of the 
Gulf and the Bay from the 9th floor inside the gates of the LBK Club.  Fabulous view overlooks gulf 
beach and homes that range from $25 Million to $40 Million.  Fabulous spacious,sunny 
and bright renovated two bedroom, two bath apartment. Bedrooms are separated by living room and 
kitchen. Gigantic heated pool.  Photos seem a bit dark because the day we took the photos was foggy 
but the apartment is VERY bright and sunny - windows and sliding doors look South and East.  Covered 
parking.  Newly renovated work out rooms on first floor.  Lobby recently renovated.  Everything is 
Paradise!

room.  Magnificient lobby.  Newly renovated party room with huge television and bridge set up.

pleasure.  Beautiful views of the Gulf, LBK golf course and the Bay.

Vacation Rental Rates

We are looking for renters - preferably for a 3 month minimum - from now until December 2008.  

Jan-Feb-March- $5000 / Month
September-October-November- December $4500 / Month
All other months - $4300 / Month

(We are seeking a tenant for next winter: MAR APRIL & MAY 2009) We think these are the best months 
in LBK.  Make
