Vacation Rental Description

This breathtaking beach retreat will "take your breath away". It is 
a rare vacation rental find.  The home sits on 1.3 acresof flat no-
bank waterfront.  The beach is sandy and there even is a lagoon to 
splash around in!  You have a view right in front of the home of the 
Sequim lighthouse, the Dungeness Sand Spit, the Strait of Juan De 
Fuca, and the increddible ship traffic from the front windows.  The 
other direction you can view mountains and wetlands with all kinds 
of wildlife.

The home has a huge river rock fireplace in it's oversized living 
room.  There is a piano and comfortable seating for large 
gatherings.  You will love the brand new bright kitchen, perfect for 
the chef in your family.  All appliances are high end and you can be 
cooking away, while gazing out at the incredible view.

The Master suite will take you away!  The King size bed looks right 
out to the water-it's just amazing.  The luxurious master bath 
will "wow" you too.

The house is all done in a Nautical theme. It is a house of luxury 
yet is comfortable, warm, and inviting.  There are porches and 
decks, for wathing the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.  The yard is 
full fenced and gated for privacy.

Sequim is known as a "Banan Belt".  It averages 299 days a year with 
at least some sunshine!  Sequim is located in the shadow of the 
Olympic mountains which protects it from alot of rain.  Sequim is 
The Lavender Capital of North America".

There are sooooo mant things to do in this area.  Sequim is near 
Port Angeles, Hurricane ridge, Lake Crescent, Port Townsend, and 
Port Ludlow.  There are great bike trails, hiking, kayaking, parks, 
Olymic Game Farm, wineries, many restaurants (the famous Three Crabs 
Restaurant is within walking distance from this home) and that is 
just for starters.

June 14-Labor Day...... $499.00/night (4 night minimum)
Additional fee......... $35.00/night  (per person after six guests)
Pets................... $30.00/night  (per pet)
Kayak rentals.......... $30.00/day    
Private charter cruise...$169.00 an hour aboard M/V Sabbatical
Holidays are not included in the above rates
$125.00 Cleaning fee and tax not included
