dock, minutes from bay and easy access to ocean from Channel 2 
bridge.
 
Private sandy beach access, also features a ground floor with 
storage, washer, dryer, bicycles, gas BBQ, outside shower, hammocks, 
fish, bait,ice freezer, ice maker, chikee huts,
fish cleaning table, numerous coconut trees and tropical island 
foliage, cable TV, tile floors, french windows, paddle fans 
throughout, central A/C, kayak, ghenoe, fax, wireless high 
speed internet, rafts, all the amenities and conveniences of home in 
this one of a kind rental in the fabulous Florida Keys.

store located within walking distance of the house, at the entrance 
of the subdivision.

We purchased this house in the summer of 2001 after renting in the 
Keys for many years, we got tired of looking so hard for good 
quality, clean homes to rent which were and are still very difficult
