Vacation Rental Description

LaVistana is a brand new condo built in 2006 located in the popular 
coastal city of Redington Shores, offering an endless variety of 
resort style shops, restaurants and recreational activities. This 
spacious condo is 2,150 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  
This 5th floor condo is located on the beach and has 4 balconies, 
gourmet kitchen & breakfast bar, laundry room with washer & dryer, 
recessed ceilings, foyer gallery, granite countertops in the kitchen 
and baths, garden tub and walk-in shower, 18" ceramic tile floor 
throughout the unit and is equipped with the latest in fire & life-
safety systems.  The community is gated and offers secure access to 
the building and property. Complex has 2 dual elevators and equipped 
with a skylight topped atrium.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has 1 heated pool and 2 jacuzzi's overlooking some of the 
most gorgeous sunsets Florida has to offer.  In addition, the 
building has a recreation deck and picnic area located on the beach, 
outside built-in grill down on the pool deck and provides for under 
building parking.  Condo has a foosball table, ping-pong table, 63" 
Plasma T.V., Playstation 2 gaming console and surround sound music 
system. In addition, the condo comes with beach chairs, beach 
umbrella, and other beach related accessories that are 
available for use during your vacation stay.  Wireless internet 
access is also provided if you have your own laptop/computer.

Activities and Attractions

The condo is 3 miles north of John's Pass in Treasure Island, is 
located 1.25 hours from Disney World, 1.25 hours from Sea World, 40 
minutes from Busch Gardens and 30 minutes from Tampa International 
Airport.  Skiing, boating, jetskiing, fishing, golfing and para-
sailing are located on the beach and all are in easy walking 
distance from the condo(within 500 feet).
