Take the Molera Road exit from Highway 1 or 156. The quaint fishing

courses(Pebble Beach/ 17 mile Drive), are all located in Monterey

Checkin after 4:00pm; check out before 11:00 am.
From October 1 to April 30,check-out can be as late as 8:00pm on
Sunday, provideded the unit is not rented to someone else arriving
Sunday night. Please turn off all heat and lights
RENTAL INFORMATION
* A $300 deposit is reqired to confirm your reservation. The
balance,
plus an additional 10.5% Monterey County tax and the $135 cleaning
fee, is due two weeks before
arrival date. Also required is an additional $200 damage and key
deposit in a seperate check. This check will not be cashed unless
necessary.
* The key and gate pass information will be mailed to you upon
receipt of the
balance of the rental, approximately two weeks prior to your arrival.
*Unit 152 can accomodate a maximum of six people overnight. Pets
and
RV vehicles are prohibited. The Homeowners Association will charge
a
$250 fine for violators of these rules.
* For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to scheduled
arrival,your deposit will be applied to a future rental.
For cancellations less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, the
entire payment will be forfeited. However,if the house can be
rented, your payment will be credited toward your next rental.
