Two story private home.  New construction.  Located in a gated
community. Guards on site 24/7.  3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. Large living
room and terrace for parties and Bar BQs. Kitchen/dining room, living
room and Master suite all have ocean and island views. Located 3
houses back from sandy beach. All bedrooms have full bath. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large terrace and living room. Bar BQ, pool table, 3 flat screen Tvs,
satellite, books, games, videos for children (Disney) DVD player & 
DVDs, 
washer/dryer,blender for Margarettas, 1940s malt machine w/mixing
cups, micro, coffee pot, toaster,dishes, pots and pans,kitchen
utensils, all linens and towels, toilet paper, soap (bath),fireplace,
secure parking, large back yard, Small very
pretty park only steps from front door, use for party etc.  
Just bring your food and jammies.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 15-June 15, 2007...1400-1750 per week
weekends 550. @ 275 per night
Mid week 250 per night.......2 night minimum
Extra night 175

June 16 - Aug.3o..... 1550- 1925 per week
Per night 275. 3 night minimum 

                          

All fees depend on season and require a 2 or  3 night minimum stay.

$200. security deposit. Refunded at check out minus any damage etc.

$60. cleaning fee.  Check in any time after 3pm/Check out by 11am.

Refunds: If notice is given 30 days prior to check in date,0.

Security deposit with reservation.  Prices are negotiable and vary
with season.
