This beautiful place was originally a small dairy farm and I have
personally performed all the renovations to include all the comforts
of modern living while maintaining its original 1800's charm. It
boasts original wide plank flooring, hand-hewn beams, vaulted
ceilings and old world craftsmanship.

There are 52 magnificent acres to hike on, dozens of fruit trees
that attract abundant wildlife, a fresh water spring fed pond on the
property that can be viewed from the house and outside deck and many
picturesque views of the Catskill Mountains from various locations
from within the house and property.
