from a quiet, 2+ miles of white sand beach and sparkling turquoise waters.

One of only 24 units at Palm Beach Club on Simpson Bay Beach on the
Dutch side, it shares a kidney shaped pool with lounge chairs for
relaxing and affords lovely tropical gardens.

From either of 2 front terraces enjoy the cruise ships and mega yachts
as they enter in the morning and marvel at the stunning sunsets in the
evening, as you dine or lounge and enjoy the soft tradewinds. A third
back terrace affords views of the lagoon and airport.

Beach Dream has a 2 story living room with triple slide doors leading
to a terrace with a patio dining set and chaise lounge and
is decorated with lovely tropical furniture. The kitchen has stainless
steel appliances, a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything to
prepare your gourmet meals.
Both bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds and their own private
tiled bathrooms complete with high quality towels and linens.
The master loft suite is accessed from an open stairway.
A conveniently located powder room on the main level also includes a
washer and dryer.
Central air and ceiling fans are included throughout and
a safe is also provided for your valuables.

Beach Dream's kitchen is well appointed with G.E. stainless steel
appliances including refrigerator with ice in the door, dishwasher,
glass cook top oven, thermal carafe coffee maker, microwave, blender
and toaster and all necessary kitchen accessories for meal preparation.

Located on Simpson Bay Beach, a long quiet beach perfect for a brisk
morning walk but also only minutes to many restaurants, French bakery,

Boat trips to St. Barth's and Saba are also available nearby.

within 5 minutes of the condominium.

the island as well as its spectacular beaches.
