Vacation Rental Description

Beach Dream will fulfill all of your expectations for a tropical
Caribbean vacation.

This oceanfront villa/condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath duplex style
unit with cathedral ceiling newly completed in 2005 and only steps
from a quiet, 2+ miles of white sand beach and sparkling turquoise waters.

One of only 24 units at Palm Beach Club on Simpson Bay Beach on the
Dutch side, it shares a kidney shaped pool with lounge chairs for
relaxing and affords lovely tropical gardens.

From either of 2 front terraces enjoy the cruise ships and mega yachts
as they enter in the morning and marvel at the stunning sunsets in the
evening, as you dine or lounge and enjoy the soft tradewinds. A third
back terrace affords views of the lagoon and airport.

Beach Dream has a 2 story living room with triple slide doors leading
to a terrace with a patio dining set and chaise lounge and 
is decorated with lovely tropical furniture. The kitchen has stainless
steel appliances, a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything to
prepare your gourmet meals.
Both bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds and their own private
tiled bathrooms complete with high quality towels and linens.
The master loft suite is accessed from an open stairway.
A conveniently located powder room on the main level also includes a
washer and dryer.
Central air and ceiling fans are included throughout and
a safe is also provided for your valuables.

appliances including refrigerator with ice in the door, dishwasher,
glass cook top oven, thermal carafe coffee maker, microwave, blender
and toaster and all necessary kitchen accessories for meal preparation.

Activities and Attractions

Located on Simpson Bay Beach, a long quiet beach perfect for a brisk
morning walk but also only minutes to many restaurants, french bakery,
grocery and drug stores, shopping of every kind, boating and various
modes of water sports, golf and even horse back riding on the beach.
Nightlife is in abundance with casinos, fine dining, dancing etc.

Boat trips to St. Barth's and Saba are also available nearby. 
Many rental car agencies as well as Princess Juliana Airport are
within 5 minutes of your unit.

St. Maarten is prized for its many world class restaurants throughout
the island as well as its spectacular beaches.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: December 15, 2006 - April 14, 2007
1-4 guests    $350 per night/$2,450 per week

Low Season:   April 15, 2007 - December 14, 2007
1-4 guests    $250 per night/$1,750 per week

          20% discount allowed for 1- 2 guests only using just 1        
          bedroom suite  (does not apply to Christmas holiday)
           
Christmas Holiday week  $3,900.00

Monthly rentals also available
January through April    $5,900 per month
April through November   $4,000 per month
