bedroom home with a large deck where you can step out onto the sand
and enjoy the beach from your vacation home. This home is also
excellant for familys with children. Downstairs there is a bunkroom
with full bathroom and 4 twin beds and a pullout sofa that can sleep
2. St. Augustine City Marina is nearby where they hold waterfront
sight seeing tours from Marina Paddlewheel Boats.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen. It also contains a bunkroom
that is the perfect kids area. It also includes a large oceanside
deck with ample built in seating for entertaining. Great oceanview,
picnic table, gas grill and outside shower.

Enjoy activities or just relax. Activities include swimming,
surfing,
surf fishing, and fishing in the Intercostals Waterway or in the
Guana State park. Deep sea fishing charters or fishing guides
available at local Comcanche Cove Marina. Jet ski rentals and
parasailing awaits you at near by Vilano Beach Pier. Guana State
Park
activities include kayaking, hiking and mountain biking trails. In
Historic St. Augustine enjoy sightseeing tours by foot, hop on
sightseeing trolley, paddle boat or enjoy a sunset tour by water on
a
classic scooner sailboat at the City Marina. Visit and tour Castillo
De San Marcos Fort on the St. Augustine Bay front. Historic St.
Augustine lighthouse is just across the Historic Bridge of Lions. If
antiquing is your passion there are many antique shops along San
Marco Avenue. For the golfer, local courses include the world famous
Tournament Players Championship (TPC) course at Sawgrass just
minutes
away or check out the King and Bear course at the World Golf
Village.
A day trip to Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Seaworld is just under
2 hours away. If relaxing and enjoying peace and quiet is in your
plans, Taste of Summer is located in the semi private area of South
Ponte Vedra with limited access to the public.
