outdoor patio, Sleeps six. Remodeled in 2006. Unit is located directly across from the pool
and clubhouse. Easy access to parking. Complex is overlooking the inter-coastal waterway
and features 2 pools, jacuzzi, exercise room, reading room, billiard room, club house,
activities including dances, cards, etc. There are boat slips and fishing piers and 24 hour
security in this gated security patrolled complex.
Gulf beach, waterfront park, tennis, grocery store, restaurants, shopping and library steps
away. Golf a short drive away.

Recreation
The Beach:
Archibald Beach Park On Gulf Boulevard at the end of Madeira Way. That’s just right down
the street. Only 300 yards away.
Fishing:
Madeira Beach Causeway Park. This park overlooks the Yacht club and has fishing piers or
or you can use the piers at the Yacht Club. Charters are available from numerous
outfitters in Mad Beach.
Public Library and City park with tennis courts and ball fields across the street.
Grocery store, post office, bars, restraurants all within 200 yards of condo.
John's Pass is a shopping district just a short drive on the southern end of Mad Beach. It
features many restraurants, bars, eclectic shopping. Many boats port here including the
Casino Cruise, Dolphin sightseeing tours, fishing charters and dinner cruises.
Madeira Beach is centrally located, airport is only 30 minutes away, Disney and other
Orlando attrations are a ninety minute drive. Busch Gardens and Tampa attractions are
only 40 minutes away. Clearwater Beach is just a short drive as is St. Pete Beach.
Activites run the gammut, from Casino Cruises to golf to fishing, parasailing, museums,
theaters, comedy clubs, shopping, scrapbooking, art galleries, fine dining. You name it,
we have it here!
