The Beach:
Archibald Beach Park On Gulf Boulevard at the end of Madeira Way only 300 yards away.

Fishing:
Madeira Beach Causeway Park. This park overlooks the Yacht club and has fishing piers or
or you can use the piers at the Yacht Club. Charters are available from numerous
outfitters in Mad Beach.  The famous Redington Pier is a short drive away.

Public Library and City park with tennis courts and ball fields across the street.

Grocery store, post office, bars, restraurants all within 200 yards of condo.
John's Pass is a shopping district just a short drive on the southern end of Mad Beach which features many restraurants, including Hooter's and Bubba Gumps, bars, eclectic shopping. Many boats port here including the
Casino Cruise, Dolphin sightseeing tours, fishing charters and dinner cruises.
Madeira Beach is centrally located, airport is only 30 minutes away, Disney and other Orlando attrations are a ninety minute drive. Busch Gardens and Tampa attractions are only 40 minutes away. Clearwater Beach is just a short drive as is St. Pete Beach.
