Experience a tropical plantation style bed & bath with a warm
feeling of Aloha at an affordable price. This 400 square foot studio
sleeps up to two (2) and is located in a rural residential area on
Kauai's sunny south side, just 10 minutes driving distance from
famous Poipu Beach and Spouting Horn.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Bedroom/ Living area:
Tropical courtyard/lanai with private entrance, private bath/with
walk-in shower, queen size bed complete with linens and towels,
ceiling fans, cable tv, vcr/dvd players, cd/cassette/radio,loveseat,
hairdryer, iron/ board, beachchairs & mats/personal cooler,outdoor
gas grill.
Kitchenette:
Microwave, toaster oven, below counter refrigerator, rice cooker,
coffee maker, blender, hot water kettle, complete with dinnerware
and utensils.
This is a non-smoking facility and we cannot accomodate animals.
Activities and Attractions
The island offers tropical botanical gardens, white sandy beaches,
and tours of the Napali Coast. Sport activities include down-hill
biking, golf, tennis, atv tours, surfing, charter fishing, lava tube
water rides and zip lining. Visitors and locals alike enjoy shopping
and dining experiences that are unique to Kauai.
Vacation Rental Rates
$79.00 nightly plus tax with 3 night minimum. Weekly rates are
available at $485.00 plus tax. A cleaning fee of $29.00 per stay/per
week applies. We do honor a full money back guarantee for all
cancellations done 30 days prior to your date of arrival. All rental
fees are subject to a 11.42% state tax.
