Vacation Rental Description

Seacrest Beach is located one mile north of the center of Lavallette in the beach club area and is a  
private, family oriented community.  As a guest, you are entitled to use the finest private beach in the area.   
With only 109 homes in the community, this spectacular beach is never crowded and is managed by a private  
staff of lifeguards and beach manager.  The beach is just a short 2 minute walk from the house. 
 
This single-family home includes three bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a queen sized bed.  Bedroom #2  
has a full bed.  Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.  The home also has 2 full baths (one with a shower/tub and the  
second with a shower).  A good sized living room hosts a queen pull out couch and an additional full sofa,  
making accommodations for 8 people extremely comfortable.  The living room and each of the bedrooms have  
satellite TV access and are equipped with TV's.     
 
The house has hardwood floors in the living room, carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the  
house.  Ocean breezes will circulate throughout the house with its many windows and ceiling fans.  Or if you  
prefer, central air conditioning will keep you cool on those hot or humid days. 
 
The kitchen is well equipped will all appliances including microwave, brand new dishwasher, coffee maker,  
cookware, dish and silverware service.  A brand new full size washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen.   
Additionally, this house boasts a full dining area complete with table and chairs fitting 8 comfortably.   
 
A brand new gas grill and a charcoal grill are located in the spacious private yard.  This home has plenty of  
parking as well as a large area for sunning and lounging.  There is a table with umbrella and chairs for outdoor  
dining and additional yard chairs for your use.  Also featured is an outside shower for rinsing off after a day on  
the beach.

Close to many fine restaurants, tennis, sport fishing, crabbing, bay boat rentals and/or docking areas.   
Morning walks, runs and bicycle rides can be taken on the Lavallette 2 mile long boardwalk. 
Approximately 80 minutes to Atlantic City and 50 minutes to Great Adventure. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Quoted rates are for weekly rentals (Saturday 3:00pm check-in through Saturday 10:00am check-out) 
$1700 per week for weeks starting June 14  
$2400 - $2600 per week for weeks starting June 28 
$2200 per week for weeks starting August 30 
 
No rentals are available after September 20.
